Delivery is free to all mainland UK addresses on orders over £35 or £3.95 below that. *Not available during promotions, at Horny.uk.com discretion.
Orders must reach us by 3pm for overnight delivery.
– Stock and Ordering
Goods that are in stock are dispatched same day if you order before 3pm.
If your are not in when your parcel arrives Royal Mail will keep your package at your local depot for 7 days enabling you to pick it up. After 7 days the parcel then returns to us. Postal charges apply to send the goods back out to you.
If any questions should arise, regarding your order. We will try to contact you by email and if that fails, we will try to contact you by phone if a number was provided.
If you select an item that is out of stock and choose overnight shipping as your method of delivery we will not dispatch your order until all the goods are in stock. If you wish to do a split dispatch order please contact us.
FAQ
If you are not going to be in during the day and don’t want the inconvenience of collecting your parcel from the depot, or if you miss your delivery, we can deliver to your work address as long as you state your billing address first when ordering.
Standard delivery:-
1-3 working days (Although Royal Mail advise 92% of first class mail is currently arriving the next day)
Orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day.
Note: Bank Holidays and National Holidays are not working days. Royal Mail and all couriers are closed.
All products are shipped discreetly in a plain, unmarked package with absolutely no indication as to the contents. All orders are sent recorded delivery by the Royal Mail or Recorded delivery by DPD.
Regardless of the size or cost of your order, your goods will be dispatched in a box and will require a signature.
We will email you your tracking number on the day of dispatch
Depending on the size of your order it will either be shipped by Royal Mail AirSure (Registered) or Fedex
